02/28/2015 “We the People” know the State of the Union of States?

To those who are anti-government; a Founding Father’s Comment:
What is government itself but the greatest of all reflections on human nature?
  1. If men were angels, no government would be necessary.
  2. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary.
James Madison

Time for another recall vote on Scott Walker using Wisconsin Statute 9.10 for recall; this time we can get it right!

How can the citizens of Wisconsin survive Governor Walker’s $821 Million budget shortfall in 2015; based upon the facts and truths of his planned legislative actions and other economic policies?

  • Considering total tax revenue declined by 2 percent to 5 percent in five Wisconsin in the year that concluded in September 2014 Estimated Total Shortfall $367.6 Million.
  • According to Marquette University and other economist; if Right to Work legislation is passed in Wisconsin would be at least $234 million per year. Department of Labor Statistics from 2013 showed that average wages for all occupations in right-to-work states were about $4 an hour lower compared to non-right-to-work states; how does that help your constituents?
  • How does spending $220 Million on a want of Milwaukee Bucks that have $1.8 Billion in Net worth not cause a $220 Million problem?
  • How does cutting $300 Million from Higher Education, including trade schools, not increase the budget shortfalls; if when wages are lower, you can expect to see an outflow of workforce and employers due to that lack of a skilled workforce?

The Urban Institute measures policy effects, compares options, shows which stakeholders get the most and least, tests conventional wisdom, reveals trends, and makes costs, benefits, and risks explicit.

Wisconsin look below average in all categories and terrible compared Minnesota.
