03/10/2015 Criminal affront; to the Constitution and related Acts/Laws!

Tyranny is cruel, unreasonable, or arbitrary use of power or control.

For decades we have had tyranny because of political opinions of some elected officials that have served with impunity!

Impunity is exemption from punishment or freedom from the injurious consequences of an action.

Both parties have violated ethics rules in the United States House of Representatives and Senate.

In a few instances, the Constitution requires a two-thirds vote of the Senate; including expelling a senator.

Violation of the Logan Act, a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

Treason was specifically defined in the United States Constitution, the only crime so defined. Article III Section 3 delineates treason as follows:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Article I, Section 5, of the United States Constitution provides that "Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member."

A less severe form of discipline used by the Senate against its members is censure (sometimes referred to as condemnation or denouncement).

A censure does not remove a senator from office. It is a formal statement of disapproval, however, that can have a powerful psychological effect on a member and his/her relationships in the Senate.

Call your Senator and recommend Censure of 46 Senators on 03/10/2015 (Only requires a simple majority):

Senator Tom Cotton for his letter to Iran is in direct violation of the Logan Act and now his interactions with "his President Netanyahu over our President Obama" is In law, treason; the crime that covers some of the more extreme acts against one's sovereign or nation

Senator Cotton must be prosecuted for treason so we no longer have political tyranny!
