03/06/2015 Our military defends the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and our laws; do you?

Why do we allow our elected officials to laugh at the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, our laws, and the American public who elects them?

Prosecute Speaker of the House John A. Boehner for willfully breaking a federal law when he knowingly violated the 216 year-old Logan Act.

Sign the Petition that demands that Boehner, “by law must now be tried by Congress, and forced to resign.” However, according to 18 U.S.C. § 953 (Logan Act) (Private correspondence with foreign governments) Boehner can be punished “under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

Call your elected officials and tell them they cannot shred or ignore the U.S. Constitution with impunity anymore! Is Speaker Boehner laughing at the U.S. Constitution and/or you?

Over 400 members of Congress breached their oath of office in attending the Israeli Prime Minister’s speech to congress.

At the start of each new Congress, the entire House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate are sworn into office. This oath-taking dates to 1789, the first Congress; however, the current oath was fashioned in the 1860s, by Civil War-era members of Congress.

The Constitution specifies no details for the oath of office for Congress:

Constitution, Article 6 - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

Will they, per their oath of office, stand and defend the Constitution now?
