08/30/2015: True Democracy is; One person, One vote.

One Person, One Vote: Is the principle that all citizens, regardless of where they reside in a state, are entitled to equal legislative representation!

This principle was enunciated by the Supreme Court in Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U.S. 533, 84 S. Ct. 1362, 12 L. Ed. 2d 506 (1964). The Court ruled that a state's Apportionment plan for seats in both houses of a bicameral state legislature must allocate seats on a population basis so that the voting power of each voter is as equal as possible to that of any other voter.

We do not need to wait until the 2016 election cycle; This approach needs small amounts of individual money and large actions; if you care about yourself, your family, your friends, and your neighbors!

Definition of People:

  1. Human beings (living and breathing person) in general or considered collectively.
  2. The men, women, and children of a particular nation, community, or ethnic group.

Definition of Corporation:

  1. A company or group of people authorized to act as a single entity and recognized as such in law; not as a person (living and breathing human being).
  2. A group of people elected to govern a city, town, or borough.

Definition of Speech:

  1. The expression of or the ability to express thoughts and feelings by articulate sounds; not TV ads, etc.
  2. A formal verbal address or discourse delivered to an audience; face to face and one on one with interaction and discussion to reach a compromise.

Definition of Judge:

  1. A public officer authorized to hear and decide cases in a court interrupting the letter (intent) of our laws; a magistrate charged with the administration of justice; not a legislator.
  2. An authorized arbiter of the laws of a state or government.
  3. A person qualified to pass a critical judgment in state of federal  law.

What is the biggest problem in the United States of America today?

Money has allowed corruption of the primary purpose, meeting voting constituents needs,  of government in the United States of America.

  1.  One Person (human being) – One Vote.
  2. Gerrymandering of election districts within states to a benefit or a political party and not creating equal representation by ration boundaries of a number of people (county or group of counties in a state
  3. Judges at all levels must face election and must not be appointed. They a selected by a President or governor and then the must need a vote by legislators appointed by voters who can remove them and the judge.

What are the solutions to the problem of money changing how one person one vote works?

  1.  Impeachment of the Supreme Court Justices that made that ruled corporations are people and money is free speech for judicial activism (legislating) instead of interrupting the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights!
  2.  Impeach activist state and federal judges that do not properly interpret and enforce our states laws.
  3. We must make our state Houses of Representatives bring this impeachment forward by calling each and every Representative to file our complaint and vote on it so it goes to the states senate.
  4. We must make our United States House of Representatives bring this impeachment forward by calling each and every Representative to file our complaint and vote on it so it goes to the United States Senate. We must share if they refuse to bring impeachment forward and not vote for them or recall them according to our state laws.
  5. The above four actions require that we hold our elected officials accountable through recall.
  6. We need recall of elected officials and the ability to bring impeachment actions in all fifty states of the United States of America.
Nineteen states plus the District of Columbia permit the recall of state official

  1. Recall of State Officials (Start with states that require a new election and not appointment by the Governor).
