Was read: Wednesday, May 27, 2015 6:02:39 AM (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).
Dear United States Attorney General Lynch,
Greetings: I am tired of the heads I win – tails you lose political attitudes in this country by 147 individuals or families and 386 of the Fortune 500 multinational corporations; that are so self-centered, selfish, and arrogant that they do not even attempt to follow this nation’s laws (Examples available upon request written or email request).
It could be very possible that public and private Corruption, Collusion, Fraud… is rampant in the United States of America’s Political Processes and Systems.
With the average money needed to win election in 2014, for 22 Senators being $10.6 million; is it time to get financial records, personal calendars, letters, emails, phone records,… from the Senators listed below?
With multinational corporations claiming to be foreign nationals per the Citizens United Judicial rulings (persons), IRS rulings (foreign country residents), and United States Federal Elections Commission rules (2014 Campaign Guide); I submit the following information and reach the following conclusions.
2014 Research (Published January 2015):
- Democratic Hart Research Associates and GOP Chesapeake Beach Consulting found that 62 percent of the U.S. voting public opposes expanding status quo trade policies by Fast Tracking the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP). Source: PublicCitizen
- With millions of citizens calling U.S. Senators to attempt stop Trade Promotion Authority last week during Senate floor debates and votes.
I file this as a single complaint; that should probably be broken into multiple complaints.
I am just one individual against thousands that are trying to destroy democracy in the United States of America. I file this complaint for 100’s millions of United States of American Citizens and Voters. For Federal corruption at a minimum, to the tune of $1.7 trillion in lobbying abuses in just the 2013-2014 election cycle.
2014 Conclusions:
The following Federal Agencies have failed to administer the United States of America’s Election Laws in the 2013-2014 election cycle.
- All members of the United States Federal Elections Commission.
- With a new Secretary of the agency; it is recommend that those responsible and accountable for election law communications standards by the United States Federal Communications Commission, which go on constantly, for all media organizations.
- Primarily, the six major national media and news organizations (ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, NBC – parent and subsidiary organizations that use public air waves and print media); Free Speech and Freedom of the Press are important, but minimum standards of recommended self-policing values of the Journalistic Creed must be legislated to and then enforced.
- Corrections of issues related to media censorship, of not covering things, like the Patient Protections and Affordable Care Act, TPA, Climate Change, and Presidential Candidate Announcements, moral and ethical values based priorities, important to the lives and living conditions of 100’s of millions of U.S. Citizens making completely informed choices base in facts.
- The 56 Elected Senators listed bin the table below.
I I am tired of small fines and no jail time for this type of situations. Rational and realistic deterrents would be multinational corporate fine starting at $693 Billion in lost tax revenue for the $2 trillion off shored for 386 Fortune 500 companies and jail time for executives and 56 Senators starting at the federal minimum of 10 years for federal corruption charges.
Sincerely,
A Retired Citizen Soldier, Patriot, and Practicing Christian Example
