07/11/2015 United Nations? The Security Council? NOT!

Make Coffee, Tea... Talk with each other about your differences... Do Not Make War!

Today, Russia and China are stopping a deal with IRAN because they want to sell arms!

It is time to remove the foolish nations of The Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (Russia), the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America as permanent members of the Security Council?

The wise prevail through great love of moral and ethical power (not money or wealth), and those who have knowledge muster their strength.

Surely you need guidance to wage war, and victory is won through many advisers of multiple experiences and knowledge... regardless of their class or other positions.

Maybe even every nation that sells Arms to another nation should not be allowed to serve on the United Nations Security Council?

End all national sovereignty campaigns and proxy wars by implementing extreme tariffs (1,000% against nations world wide that engage in this practice (Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Ukraine...).

Article 24

In order to ensure prompt and effective action by the United Nations, its Members confer on the Security Council primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security, and agree that in carrying out its duties under this responsibility the Security Council acts on their behalf.
In discharging these duties the Security Council shall act in accordance with the Purposes and Principles of the United Nations. The specific powers granted to the Security Council for the discharge of these duties are laid down in Chapters VI, VII, VIII, and XII.
The Security Council shall submit annual and, when necessary, special reports to the General Assembly for its consideration.

Are arms sales valid according to the United Nations Charter or is it a non-human greedy money anti-human life cost business plan?

It is this writers opinion that this would be the first step in stopping the putting away the tools that allow nations to wage war in the world: Let's sell with a focus on excellent tools for life (water tools for all, renewable power for all, agricultural tools for all, health tools for all, infrastructure tools for all...).

Understanding, "We the People" are the bosses in this U.S. democratic government. We are actually accountable and responsible for what happens to us when we do or do not become informed with truthful verified facts and vote.

We must understand that national media is 17% to 40% fact and truth based. Most media sources lie about facts and truths 80% of the time. This country needs to return to and enforce the Journalist's Creed.

Our government refuses to enforce the laws equally for all Stakeholders (citizens or people). Currently, it is bought and majority run by Shareholders: adolescent bullying gangs of law breakers. The rich through politicians through bribery, collusion, and corruption (plutocracy and oligarchy).

Critical Terms:

Trust: Confident in the facts and truths shared by a person or thing.

Truth: Undeniable facts and realities; completely accurate and true statement(s).

Accountability: The obligation of an individual or organization to account for its activities, accept responsibility for them, and to disclose the results in a transparent manner. It also includes the responsibility for money or other entrusted property.

Community: a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals. A group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common.

Enforcement: The act of compelling observance of or compliance with a law, rule, or obligation. Without enforcement there is no compliance with positive and good norms for how to act toward other people.

Freedom: the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint. The state of not being imprisoned or enslaved. Absence of subjection to foreign domination or despotic government.

Government: A group of people that governs a community or unit. It sets and administers public policy and exercises executive, and sovereign power through customs, institutions, and laws within a state or nation.

Justice: just behavior or treatment. "a concern for justice, peace, and genuine respect for people"

Liberty: the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's way of life, behavior, or political views.

Law: Any written or positive rule or collection of rules prescribed under the authority of the state or nation, as by the people in its constitution for safety and protection of all people.

The principles and regulations established in a community by some authority and applicable to its people, whether in the form of legislation or of custom and policies recognized and enforced by judicial decisions with punishment for those who choose not to change their behaviors toward all people.

Responsibility: A duty or obligation to satisfactorily perform or complete a task (assigned by someone, or created by one's own promise or circumstances) that one must fulfill, and which has a consequent penalty for failure.
